Fund Can't Take Over Securities Suit V. Merrill: Judge

Inc., a federal judge has reaffirmed a Mississippi public pension fund as lead plaintiff, citing a retainer agreement between a rival fund and its counsel, Coughlin Stoia Geller Rudman & Robbins LLP.
