Quinn Atty's Query In $1B Apple Trial 'Improper,' Judge Says

Law360, San Jose (May 16, 2018, 10:04 PM EDT) -- U.S. District Judge Lucy Koh threatened Wednesday to admonish Samsung's counsel from Quinn Emanuel Urquhart & Sullivan LLP in front of a jury deciding how much Samsung owes for infringing Apple smartphone patents, calling a line of questioning posed to an Apple witness “very improper" and "intentionally done.”
