9th Circ. Upholds Nixing Of Countrywide OT Class Bid

Law360, New York (July 7, 2009, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A federal appeals court has affirmed an order granting Countrywide Home Loans Inc.'s motion to deny class certification in an overtime wage suit brought by California home loan consultants, finding the proposed class failed on both procedural and substantive grounds.
