Vt. News Org Gets State Records On Jay Peak EB-5 Scheme

Law360 (March 11, 2019, 8:00 PM EDT) -- The state of Vermont agreed to hand over records related to its EB-5 program and its handling of an alleged scheme to defraud immigrant investors tied to a ski resort known as Jay Peak, resolving a dispute in Vermont state court with a journalism nonprofit over denied public records requests.
