Travel Co.’s Antitrust Suit Against Hotels Stays In Texas

Law360 (May 10, 2019, 7:31 PM EDT) -- A Texas federal court has denied a bid by major hotel chains including Hilton and Marriott to transfer to Illinois an online travel agency’s antitrust suit accusing them of agreeing not to compete for advertising search terms and preventing websites from bidding on terms incorporating their brands.
