By Andrew McIntyre ( May 20, 2019, 5:55 PM EDT) -- Developer Trammell Crow Residential has purchased a development site in Plantation, Florida, for $11 million and plans to build apartments at the site, the South Florida Business Journal reported Monday. The firm bought an office complex at 311 and 339 N. State Road 7 from an entity managed by Michael Pruzan, the CEO of Parkstone Capital, and Trammell Crow landed $38.35 million in construction financing from Crossfirst Bank, the journal said....
