Law360 (October 10, 2019, 8:00 PM EDT) -- Real estate investment firm JVM Realty has purchased a luxury apartment complex in La Grange, Illinois, Crain's Chicago Business reported on Thursday. The deal is for Uptown La Grange, which has 254 units, and the seller is Minneapolis developer Opus Group, according to the report. Opus Group recently built the property, after landing $45.8 million in financing from SunTrust Bank in late 2015, Crain's said.
