Judge Wants Trump To Clarify 'Declassify' Tweets

Law360 (October 16, 2020, 8:56 PM EDT) -- A D.C. federal judge rejected the government's push for him to ignore President Donald Trump's recent tweets saying he has "fully authorized the total declassification" of all Russia probe documents, telling federal attorneys Friday the White House Counsel's Office must directly confer with Trump about his intent.
