White House Vision For Carbon Capture Faces Obstacles

The CEQ proclaims that the administration:

is committed to accelerating the responsible development and deployment of [carbon capture, utilization and storage] to make it a widely available, increasingly cost-effective, and rapidly scalable climate solution across all industrial sectors. And it notes that organizations from the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change to the International Energy Agency place heavy reliance[1] on carbon capture in scenarios limiting global temperature...
