AT&T Hit With Slew Of Actions Over Online Access Tax

Law360, New York (January 5, 2010, 3:41 PM EST) -- AT&T Mobility LLC is facing more than a dozen proposed class actions in state and federal courts across the U.S., launched by individuals who claim the cell phone provider is violating federal tax law by levying taxes on Internet access through its wireless contracts.
