Resistance To J&J's Bankruptcy Gambit May Be Futile

Johnson & Johnson executed the transactions necessary to move a newly created subsidiary into bankruptcy late Thursday after months of chatter about the strategy, and plaintiffs' attorneys say their clients are prepared to pursue numerous legal avenues to oppose the company's maneuvering.
