Supreme Court To Mull IPO Case On Thursday

Law360, New York (December 6, 2006, 12:00 AM EST) -- The U.S. Supreme Court is expected to consider Thursday whether to hear a case that tests the boundaries between antitrust and securities law, even as a public brawl erupted between plaintiffs lawyers over their setback in related litigation against top investment banks.
