Wage-And-Hour Class Actions Continue To Grow

Law360 (January 25, 2007, 12:00 AM EST) -- Many employment defense attorneys agree that wage-and-hour cases have taken up more and more of their time in recent years. Now, thanks to a report published by Seyfarth Shaw LLP, there is hard evidence to back up this speculation.

Seyfarth’s Annual Workplace Class Action Litigation Report, published on Jan. 22, 2007, analyzed rulings in 407 federal and state class action cases nationwide, and found some surprising, and some not so surprising, trends in this type of litigation.
