Law360, New York (July 22, 2010, 12:25 PM EDT) -- The Coca-Cola Co. and its Energy Brand Inc. unit have lost their bid to nix a consolidated putative class action brought by California, New York and New Jersey consumers that accuses the beverage makers of misleading the public about the nutritional benefits of VitaminWater.
