Publisher, YouTube Settle Over Media Leak In IP Suit

Law360, New York (August 11, 2010, 4:10 PM EDT) -- YouTube Inc. and Google Inc. have agreed to settle with a plaintiff who leaked confidential material to a reporter in a putative class action brought by publishers, a British soccer league and others over the video-sharing site's allegedly illegal posting of copyrighted work.
