NCAA Sacked With Scholarship Antitrust Class Suit

Law360, New York (October 25, 2010, 6:45 PM EDT) -- A former Rice University football player has slapped the National Collegiate Athletic Association with a putative class action alleging that NCAA member schools have conspired to keep bachelor's degree prices for student athletes artificially high by placing limits on athletic scholarships and grants.
