Disney Hit With WARN Suit Over Baltimore ESPN Zone

Law360, New York (October 26, 2010, 2:07 PM EDT) -- Five former ESPN Zone workers have launched a putative class action accusing The Walt Disney Co. and subsidiary Zone Enterprises of Maryland LLC of failing to provide them with proper notice before shuttering the Baltimore location of the popular sports-themed dining and entertainment facility.

Baltimore residents Leonard Gray, Lee Evans, Debra Harris, Krystal Payton and Gary Scott filed their complaint alleging violations of the Worker Adjustment and Retraining Notification Act on Monday in the U.S. District Court for the District of Maryland.
