Sirius Users Can't Replead Contract Claim: Judge

Law360 (December 22, 2010, 4:12 PM EST) -- A federal judge has shot down a group of consumers' bid to replead a dismissed breach of contract claim in a putative antitrust class action over the Sirius XM Radio Inc. merger, ruling that the plaintiffs have exhausted their opportunities to tweak their pleadings.
