Judge Nixes $10M Deal In Sirius Privacy Action

Law360, New York (January 28, 2011, 1:41 PM EST) -- A federal judge has tentatively denied for the second time a proposed $9.5 million, 11-state settlement in a class action accusing Sirius XM Radio Inc. of contracting with a call center that illegally recorded customer calls.
