Displaced Super Bowl XLV Fans File Fraud Action

Law360 (February 9, 2011, 6:57 PM EST) -- Fans who bought Super Bowl XLV tickets but were denied seats have tackled the Dallas Cowboys, team owner Jerry Jones and the National Football League with a proposed class action alleging breach of contract, fraud and deceptive sales practices.

The suit was filed in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Texas on Tuesday, only two days after the Green Bay Packers defeated the Pittsburgh Steelers 31-25 at Cowboys Stadium.
