New Class Added To Fraud Suit Over Super Bowl Seating

Law360, New York (February 14, 2011, 6:02 PM EST) -- About 2,000 fans who experienced seating delays and seating changes at Super Bowl XLV have joined a proposed class action against the Dallas Cowboys and the NFL in a suit alleging breach of contract, fraud and deceptive sales practices.

California resident Wes Lewis has signed up to represent football fans who were forced to change seats or experienced significant delays in reaching their seats before the game due to problems installing temporary seats at the stadium, according to an amended complaint filed Friday in the U.S....
