NFL Makes 3rd Offer To Displaced Super Bowl Fans

Law360 (February 16, 2011, 7:10 PM EST) -- The National Football League has upped its offer to Super Bowl XLV ticket holders who were denied seats, but attorneys with a pending breach of contract class action against the league remain unimpressed.

About 400 ticket holders were displaced from their Super Bowl seats as a result of the incomplete installation of temporary bleachers, which were deemed unsafe and unusable.
