Fox News Sued By Photographer Over Shakur Image

Law360, New York (July 26, 2011, 3:42 PM EDT) -- A photographer slapped News Corp. with a copyright infringement lawsuit in New York federal court on Friday, alleging that her image of fugitive Assata Shakur was used without authorization during Fox News Network LLC personality Bill O'Reilly's much-hyped interview with comedian Jon Stewart.
