Hagens Says Latest E-Book Suit Gets It Wrong

Law360, New York (August 18, 2011, 8:56 PM EDT) -- A new class action filed in New York alleging a conspiracy to fix e-book prices has raised the ire of Hagens Berman Sobol Shapiro LLP for targeting Amazon.com Inc., which the firm said should be treated as an ally in the litigation.
