3rd Circ. Affirms Class Cert. In Comcast Antitrust Action

Law360, New York (August 23, 2011, 8:26 PM EDT) -- The Third Circuit on Tuesday backed the recertification of a class of cable TV customers accusing Comcast Corp. of illegally establishing a monopoly in the Philadelphia area, finding the lower court had correctly applied the circuit's class certification standards.
