Hagens Berman Wants NY E-Book Actions Moved To Calif.

Law360, New York (August 25, 2011, 3:26 PM EDT) -- Hagens Berman Sobol Shapiro LLP asked a New York federal court on Wednesday to transfer what it says are five copycat class actions alleging top publishers schemed to fix e-book prices to California, where the law firm filed the first such suit.
