Arenas Fails To Block 'Basketball Wives' Premiere

Law360, New York (August 24, 2011, 7:38 PM EDT) -- NBA superstar Gilbert Arenas can't block VH1’s premiere of reality show "Basketball Wives," a California federal judge ruled Monday, saying the series' anticipated use of his name and likeness would not equate to infringement or misappropriation.
