King & Spalding Settles Thrashers Malpractice Suit

Law360, New York (September 14, 2011, 5:51 PM EDT) -- King & Spalding LLP said Wednesday it had settled a malpractice lawsuit accusing the firm of negotiating an unenforceable buyout contract that cost the former owners of the Atlanta Thrashers hockey team nearly $200 million and entangled them in litigation for five years.
