NFL, Helmet Maker Sued Over Retirees' Head Injuries

Law360, New York (October 13, 2011, 8:20 PM EDT) -- Two retired NFL players launched a class action in California state court Thursday, accusing the league and the makers of Riddell Inc. helmets of intentionally concealing the serious neurological side effects of on-field head injuries and requesting medical testing to diagnose these conditions.
