Old Testimony Out Of Bounds In NCAA Antitrust Suit: Judge

Law360, New York (October 21, 2011, 3:51 PM EDT) -- A California federal judge on Thursday blocked efforts by a class of current and former college basketball and football players to use a book and a 2007 deposition by former NCAA Executive Director Walter Byers in a putative antitrust class action against the association.
