Super Bowl Fans Revive Fight Over Deceptive Ticket Sales

Law360, New York (December 23, 2011, 5:20 PM EST) -- Would-be attendees of the most recent Super Bowl renewed their fight Wednesday in Texas federal court against the NFL and the Dallas Cowboys, adding fraud and breach of contract claims to a class action claiming the Cowboys negligently oversold seats for the game.

The Super Bowl ticketholders, who allegedly were either denied access to Cowboys Stadium or to the seats for which they had paid, filed an amended complaint reinforcing their argument that the NFL and the Cowboys breached the contract implicit in their ticket purchase.
