Insurers Can't Join Coverage Suit Over Athlete Image Use

Law360, New York (January 4, 2012, 8:37 PM EST) -- A Georgia federal judge said Wednesday that four insurers can't intervene in a coverage suit in California over underlying antitrust class actions concerning the use of college athletes' likenesses in video games.

After a 50-minute hearing, U.S. District Judge Thomas W.
