Insurers Can't Dodge Coverage For NCAA Antitrust Actions

Law360, New York (January 18, 2012, 7:51 PM EST) -- Three excess insurers on Wednesday lost a bid to dismiss The Collegiate Licensing Co.'s Georgia suit seeking coverage for antitrust class actions over the use of college athletes' likenesses in video games, again failing in an attempt to link the case to a parallel action in California.
