JPMorgan, Performers' Union Fund Settle ERISA Action

Law360, New York (February 8, 2012, 1:45 PM EST) -- JPMorgan Chase Bank NA and the American Federation of Television and Radio Artists Retirement Fund have potentially settled a class action contending JPMorgan mishandled investments for the fund in the notes of a structured investment vehicle that collapsed in 2008, the parties said Tuesday.
