Apple Says Class Lacks Proof Of E-Book Price Conspiracy

Law360, New York (March 2, 2012, 6:44 PM EST) -- Apple Inc. on Friday told a New York federal court it should toss an e-book class action because the readers who brought the suit have shown nothing that implicates the company in an alleged conspiracy with major publishers to fix digital book prices.
