Judge OKs Common Benefit Fund In Zyprexa Suit

Law360, New York (August 20, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A federal judge overseeing the multidistrict litigation against Eli Lilly & Co.'s blockbuster Zyprexa has adopted the recommendations of the special master in the case, who proposed a fund for the lawyers of plaintiffs who opted out of the November 2005 deal with the drug maker.
