Atlantic Yards Needs New Enviro Study, NY Court Says

Law360, New York (April 12, 2012, 4:49 PM EDT) -- A New York state appeals court ruled Thursday the developers of the $4.9 billion Atlantic Yards project that aims to bring the NBA’s New Jersey Nets to Brooklyn will have to perform a new environmental impact study on the site — even if that means bringing in more developers and racking up an extra $1 million in costs.
