NY Times, ACLU Denied FOIA Bids For Patriot Act Report

Law360, New York (May 18, 2012, 3:03 PM EDT) -- A New York federal judge on Thursday denied bids from the American Civil Liberties Union and The New York Times Co. to make public a classified government report on foreign intelligence collection under the Patriot Act.
