NRDC Calls Enviro Report For $1B LA Stadium Incomplete

Law360, San Diego (May 23, 2012, 6:04 PM EDT) -- The Natural Resources Defense Council, which has backed plans for a $1.2 billion Los Angeles football stadium and teamed up with the developer to expedite the project in court, on Tuesday attacked the development’s initial environmental impact report for failing to include car emissions in its health risk assessment.
