Law360, New York (September 11, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Hoping to speed up an end to its case, German airline Lufthansa AG on Monday asked the court to consider as soon as possible a motion for preliminary approval of a settlement between it and plaintiffs in the ongoing antitrust litigation over price-fixing in the air cargo shipping service industry.
The airline sent a letter to Magistrate Judge Viktor Pohorelsky, asking him to consider the unopposed motion at his earliest possible convenience.
