$4B NY Convention Center Deal Falls Through

Law360, New York (June 4, 2012, 2:42 PM EDT) -- A nonbinding agreement between real estate developer Genting Malaysia Bhd. and the New York State Development Corp. for a $4 billion convention center and casino in Queens has fallen through, meaning the project will reopen for bidding by Genting and others, Gov. Andrew Cuomo said during a radio interview Friday.
