Acacia Unit Files Suit Over Fraud Protection Patent

Law360 (September 18, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A unit of patent-holding company Acacia Research Corp. has filed a patent infringment suit against 11 U.S. retailers over a system meant to protect financial transactions from fraud.
