11th Circ. Gives BofA Small Win In Las Vegas Casino MDL

Law360, New York (July 9, 2012, 1:36 PM EDT) -- The Eleventh Circuit on Thursday declined to consolidate four appeals challenging Bank of America NA's decision to cut off $1.85 billion in financing for a floundering billion Las Vegas casino, though the court said it would hear oral arguments at the same time.
