9th Circ. Won't Divide NFL Players' Malpractice Case

Law360, New York (July 25, 2012, 9:46 PM EDT) -- The Ninth Circuit denied a move Monday by a class of retired NFL players and McKool Smith PC to split a case accusing McKool Smith and Manatt Phelps & Phillips LLP of malpractice stemming from a $26 million settlement the firms negotiated on the players' behalf in a licensing dispute.
