9th Circ. To Mull Google AdWords 'Garbage Sites' Suit

Law360, Los Angeles (August 13, 2012, 7:04 PM EDT) -- The Ninth Circuit on Thursday agreed to hear an appeal of a lower court’s January decision denying certification to a putative class of advertisers who claim Google Inc. used misleading contracts to charge for ads on unused and rarely visited websites they called "garbage sites."
