NFL, JetBlue Among Cos. Caught In Encryption Patent Blitz

Law360, New York (September 5, 2012, 3:17 PM EDT) -- A patent-holding company on Tuesday launched two suits in Texas federal court accusing the National Football League and an electronics company of infringing its data encryption patents, after filing similar suits against JetBlue Airways Corp., Craigslist Inc. and others on Friday.
