SF Panel OKs First Steps In $1B Warriors Arena Plan

Law360, New York (November 20, 2012, 8:29 PM EST) -- A San Francisco panel gave its blessing Tuesday for the Golden State Warriors to get the ball rolling on its official approval and environmental review process for a proposed $1 billion arena, amid concerns that the project is being fast-tracked.

The San Francisco Board of Supervisors passed a resolution declaring the project is fiscally feasible and responsible, which greenlights the team’s development company to pursue further approvals.
