EA Can't Sack IP Case Over Ravens Logo In Madden Game

Law360, New York (November 19, 2012, 10:22 PM EST) -- A Baltimore federal judge refused Monday to toss a copyright case against Electronic Arts Inc. over the Baltimore Ravens' old “Flying B” logo, holding that the inclusion of the logo in Madden NFL video games didn't amount to fair use.
