Brinker Kills Class In RadioShack Meal Period Suit

Law360, New York (December 5, 2012, 7:44 PM EST) -- A California appeals court that previously ruled employers had to ensure workers took meal breaks changed course Wednesday, citing the state Supreme Court’s landmark Brinker decision in upholding a class decertification order in an ex-RadioShack Corp. worker’s meal period case.
