McKool, Manatt Pay $3.5M To Settle NFL Players' Suit

Law360, New York (December 11, 2012, 1:32 PM EST) -- McKool Smith PC and Manatt Phelps & Phillips LLP have agreed to pay $3.5 million to a class of retired NFL players resolving allegations that the firms bungled a $26 million video game licensing settlement, according to documents filed Monday in California federal court.
